Phillip A. Miller, APN, FNP-BC

NP / Clinic Partner

Phillip "Austin" Miller, FNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner based in Union, Mississippi. He has over 12 years of experience with a specialization in both Family Medicine and Acute Care/Emergency Medicine. Austin graduated from the University of South Alabama College of Nursing in both 2010 and 2014. Austin grew up in Union, and recently moved home to open the Hometown Urgent Care practice. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, singing and song writing, as well as spending time outdoors.

Dr. Jacob Cox, DO

Medical Director / Clinic Partner

Dr. Jacob Cox, DO is an Emergency Medicine provider based in Flowood, Mississippi. He has over 6 years of experience with a specialization in Family Medicine. Dr. Cox graduated from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their three daughters, as well as being an avid outdoorsman.
